Coaching Terms & Expectations

Your commitment to this program is also a commitment to yourself. To keep our work effective and respectful of both our time, please review the following terms before completing your enrollment:

Scheduling: After checkout, you’ll receive instructions to schedule your 60-minute consultation and your ongoing coaching sessions. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and used within the program timeframe.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
Missed Appointments: Missed sessions are considered used and cannot be made up.
Program Timeframe: All sessions must be completed within the 8-week duration of the Lifestyle Shift program. Unused sessions do not roll over.
Communication Between Sessions: You’ll have access to accountability check-ins and resources during your program. Coaching is not intended to provide daily on-demand support outside of sessions.
Client Responsibility: Coaching is most effective when you show up prepared, engage fully, and follow through on your action steps.
Scope of Coaching: Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional advice in those areas. My role is to provide structure, support, and accountability as you design a lifestyle that works for you.
