Session Format
All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom for your convenience.
Sessions will be recorded for quality assurance and securely stored for up to one (1) year.
Note: Recordings will not be shared with clients. This policy is in place to:
- Ensure confidentiality and security.
- Encourage clients to focus on active participation during the session.
- Promote meaningful action and implementation of strategies, rather than reliance on a replay.

Policies and Expectations
Agreement and Payment Terms:
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined on this page.
Full Payment: $500 due upon signup. - OR -
Payment Plan: Total price is $550, split into two payments:
- Initial Payment: $275 due upon signup.
- Second Payment: $275 due 7 days after the first payment.
- Initial Payment: $275 due upon signup.
- Second Payment: $275 due 7 days after the first payment.
All payments are non-refundable, ensuring your commitment to the coaching process.
Scheduling Process:
Pre-Session Questionnaire: Upon payment, you’ll receive a link to the questionnaire.
Scheduling Link: Once the completed questionnaire is received, a scheduling link will be provided.
Deadline: All sessions must be scheduled within seven (7) days of receiving the scheduling link.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Late rescheduling (less than 24 hours’ notice) or cancellations will incur a $50 fee.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Emergency Policy: If unforeseen circumstances arise, contact me immediately to discuss your situation. Exceptions to the late rescheduling or cancellation fee may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Completion Deadlines
The session must be completed within 14 days of purchase. Unscheduled sessions beyond this timeframe will be forfeited.
